This complete air filter assembly has an all stainless steel top and base with a mirror finish. it is velocity stack has a 5-1/8 inch flange and the total height is 10 inches in height. It has an open 360-degree free-breathing 9-inch Filtercharger air filter element on top of a stainless steel velocity stack base
